Original reporting and aggregation

Original ADME articles carry an ADME byline, a visible publication date and links to the evidence used. These articles are distinct from coverage-cluster pages, which organise and compare reporting by external publishers.

An article enters the Google News sitemap only when it also has a precise publication time, a named human author or reviewer, an accountable profile link, a relevant lead image and a machine-readable source list.

Coverage clusters identify each publisher, link to the publisher’s article and separate sourced facts from ADME commentary. Headlines, excerpts and publisher images remain attributed to their original owners. We do not present an aggregated cluster as original ADME reporting.

Sources, verification and conflicting reports

We favour primary material such as manufacturer announcements, regulatory publications and direct market statements, then use reputable Australian and international reporting for context. A launch overseas, a right-hand-drive plan and an Australian launch confirmation are treated as different claims.

When credible sources disagree, we show the competing claims, their dates and their sources. We do not turn consideration, speculation or an overseas launch into a confirmed Australian release.

AI-assisted work

Automated systems help collect coverage, group reports and draft clearly labelled quick-read summaries and commentary. These outputs can be wrong. Readers should verify material details against the linked original sources. AI-assisted aggregation is not represented as eyewitness reporting or a direct quote from a source.

Commercial relationships

ADME provides advertising and technology services to automotive businesses. A commercial relationship does not change how a source is attributed. Paid, sponsored or partner content will be labelled clearly, including the identity of the sponsor.

Corrections and removals

Send factual corrections, attribution requests, image concerns or removal requests to advertising@adme.net.au. Include the page URL, the disputed detail and supporting evidence. We review requests promptly, update confirmed errors and add a correction note when a material change needs to be clear to readers.
