Website support
- Need something done on your website?

ADME looks after your dealership’s website and the products that run alongside it. If something needs changing, fixing or updating — no matter how small — please email support@adme.net.au.

That one address reaches our whole support team instead of a single person, so your request is seen straight away and gets started on sooner — even if whoever you usually deal with is with a client, on the road or on leave.

Why we’re asking

Requests sent to an individual — your account manager, a mobile, a direct email — wait for that one person to be free. If they’re with a client or on leave, it sits. Sent to support@adme.net.au, it’s visible to everyone who can action it, nothing gets lost in a mailbox, and you have a record you can point back to.

What to send

If it touches your website, it goes to support@. A guide to the sort of thing we handle every day. If you’re not sure whether something belongs here, send it anyway — we’ll point it the right way.

Dealership details

Phone numbers · email addresses · street address · trading hours, including public holiday and seasonal changes · department contacts · LMCT and footer details · Google Maps location

Where your leads go

Adding or removing people from enquiry notifications · staff who have left still receiving leads · routing by department — sales, service, parts, fleet, finance · enquiries not arriving at all · leads landing in junk

Forms and bookings

Contact, finance, test drive, trade-in and service booking forms · a form throwing an error or not submitting · changing the fields or the questions asked · spam coming through a form

Stock and pricing

Vehicles missing from the site · sold cars still showing · incorrect prices or drive-away figures · stock that isn't yours appearing · photos not loading · search filters and sort order · new, used and demo counts not matching your DMS

Offers, banners and campaigns

Monthly manufacturer offers · homepage banners and sliders · disclaimers and terms · campaign or model landing pages · new model pages and specifications · anything your OEM has asked you to display

Page content

Wording, images and photos · Meet the Team changes when staff join or leave · About Us and service pages · adding a new page · menus and navigation · links that go nowhere

Something broken

Site down or won't load · security warnings in the browser · pages loading slowly · anything displaying incorrectly on a phone · error messages

Tracking and integrations

Google Analytics and conversion tracking · Google Merchant Centre and vehicle feeds · Facebook and social catalogues · third-party tools, chat widgets and finance calculators · anything you've been asked to add a code snippet for

Not just the website

The website is most of what lands in support@, but the same address covers every ADME product your dealership runs — same inbox, same team. If it’s something we built for you, send it here.

Drive Agent

Your AI voice and SMS agents · the unified inbox · live inventory syncing · users and logins · anything on the Drive Agent platform

Vehicle Writer

Listings with the wrong spec, photos or drive-away price · a car matched to the wrong factory data · feeds out of sync with your stocklist · a channel not receiving listings

engagr

Welcome emails and SMS not sending · adding or removing staff · template and wording changes · review requests and engagement tracking

Showtime

A new campaign or model landing page · edits to a live page · taking a page down when an offer ends · connecting a page to your enquiry routing

ReelMotion

Booking a shoot · edits or re-cuts · where your videos are published · getting the files for your own channels

LeadLink

A new QR campaign or flyer · where captured leads route · a code that won't scan · lead numbers looking off

Four things that get it done faster

  1. 1. The web address. Paste the link to the exact page. "The new car page" can be one of forty.
  2. 2. A screenshot. Most vague requests become obvious the second we see the picture.
  3. 3. Which dealership. Several groups run multiple franchises on similar-looking sites.
  4. 4. Any real deadline. A campaign start, a manufacturer date, a launch. If you don't mention one, we'll assume there isn't one.

One thing we’d ask

Please don’t send support requests to your account manager directly, or by text or phone call. They’ll only need to forward it on, which adds a step and a delay. Your account manager is still very much your person for strategy, campaigns, performance and anything commercial — that hasn’t changed. It’s just the website and product jobs we’re asking you to send to support@adme.net.au.
