Privacy - Privacy Policy
ADME Advertising Pty Ltd (“ADME”, “we”, “us”) is committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.
Last updated 21 July 2026
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number and message. If you email or call us directly, we collect what you choose to share.
Like most websites, we also collect standard technical information — pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location — through Google Analytics, and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs for security and performance.
How we use it
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and, where you engage us, to deliver our services. We use analytics data in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to our team by our email provider (Resend) and you’ll receive an automatic confirmation the same way. Site traffic data is processed by Google Analytics, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers may store data outside Australia (typically in the United States) under their own privacy safeguards. We don’t disclose personal information to anyone else unless required by law.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to measure site usage. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Analytics with Google’s browser add-on — the site works fine either way.
Automated decisions
We do not use personal information collected through this website in computer programs that make, or substantially assist in making, decisions that significantly affect individuals. If that changes, we will update this policy to describe the kinds of information involved.
Security and retention
Personal information is held in access-controlled systems and retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — enquiry records are kept while we correspond with you and for a reasonable period afterwards.
In the unlikely event of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask for access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing advertising@adme.net.au. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we’ll respond promptly; you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
